So I've been in the business for a long time and I've seen a lot of changes, but I'm still glad that at least part of my job is on the road. It just feels really freeing, you know?

Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Curious as to how many deals at once is typical for a first year associate to take on (M&A, mostly private equity clients). Deal size is lower middle market and I’ve worked on deals ranging from $1-$110M. 2 deals at once is plenty for me, but it seems like my peers are able to take on more than that at once and still do fine. I have 7 years of military supply chain experience, plus a year and a half outside of the military. Any advice on how to correct my job search?
