I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work

That is ambitious that you want to open your own business in a few years. I suggest that if you have not already, there is organization that deal with small business in your community forgive me for not remembering the name on the top of my head. But either way their goal is to sit down with you to discuss the ups & downs of opening your own business. They also give you guidance to whom to speak to & information on zoning laws & things like that which will help you along. As in regard to getting experience in the field where you are trying to set up a future business in the best thing for you to do is be honest with whatever place you’re applying to get to. You are definitely going to have to explain you’re not trying to steal the recipes. You’re just learning how things are done. Place like Starbucks or seven brew that strictly deal &coffee products more than anything else are probably the best places but not the easiest places to learn because they have very many types of coffee drinks. Have you thought out your business model yet example what kind of drinks are you going to sell just regular coffee or are you doing coffee, lattes, Frappuccino’s & so on? Are you gonna also be focused on bakery goods or sandwiches?
Sitting down &developing even early on in the planning stages possible menu for your future business is always a good idea. You can always change the ideas as you gain more experience in the field and see what more people lean to buying. Also keep in mind. It’s always good to have a few of the non-popular items available in case someone comes in as long as those items aren’t costly to keep in stock as the fact you want to keep all customer satisfied as possible is it possible to keep everybody happy no unfortunately it’s not but you wanna be that next coffee shop that goes over above & beyond sometimes the small Mom & pop businesses get real popular for just those extra little things that the big chain store seem to forget about. Good luck on your future endeavors but the best of advice I could ever be grateful for when I was going into business was doing your research diligently and make sure that that really is demanded for coffee place or whatever business you’re opening in the area you’re opening it in. Trying to open a business similar to something else already in existence where it’s already oversaturated with that type of business may lead you to failure if you don’t properly Market your business like getting on Facebook or other social media putting your business out there we’re offering a niche that maybe these other businesses are not offering. Keep in mind depending on where you are at a lot of people like to bring their dogs out. Or maybe a sitting area separately outside for people with dogs & offering the dogs, water & pup cups or little sweet treats will set you away from the Starbucks & then the seven brews out there. Make sure in your advertising that if you are separating space for people with dogs versus customers without that that is advertised so anybody coming to your business will actually know what to expect. Because again like most things, somebody will always have a reason to say something negative. But I’m telling you as I person who has a business and as a person who owns & loves dogs,I always appreciate a place that goes over & above for my dog because he’s a big dog & not a lot of places to show somebody his size love. Again good luck on your future endeavors.
Again, the best thing I can tell anybody that is going into a business with themselves it definitely do the research. Make sure the neighborhood you are trying to set shop up in. It’s not only a safe neighborhood but one that your business could grow & thrive in. If you know the area well then you know the traffic patterns to that area. Also, how busy the area is. Like I said, check with like even the chamber of commerce & like I said different communities called different things but it’s basically helps with a small business Development. Also, they can help with threatening you to Loans or different grants. You never know what is out there for somebody wanting to start a business, especially in a community that is trying to rebuild itself. I learned a lot, not late, taking business classes at the community college, but in my years of experience for working for other people, you learn how to treat employees and the benefits you can or cannot give them because of the affordability factor starting a new business, but it is something that you can eventually work towards. As being yourselves, you know how you like to be treated & remember this when you hire people & they are under your direction on how to treat them. How you treat your employees will reflect on how they act. If you come in demanding & overbearing, you’re going to run out employees & be running that business yourself and running yourself into the ground. Which will be no good for your physical & mental health. Also remember in the beginning the first of all months to a year is always a rough start to a new business. You’re going to have to be dedicated to spending a lot more time to that business so depending if you has Family you may want to be discussing this with them that your availability to the family may be less as you are trying to start a new business. Putting both a personal & professional Plan place before getting into business again was something I wish I had had more advice on when we started our business. We eventually learned to find balance in the situation, but for a while, we both worked part-time jobs to support the business to the business started kicking off. Also start pre-checking out prices for equipment & things like that so you can see what pricing is like. Make sure where you’re going to deal with offer some sort of warranty on our products because newer used things tend to break & somehow are always more costly to fix. Research the restaurant supply stores in your area as well as restaurant equipment, repair places looking at the reviews & maybe even reaching out to a few few of those who posted recent reviews to see if they will give you further follow up. Again, I wish you luck.
