So my utilization is currently low and EY announced they would be doing layoffs starting July 1. I've decided to apply to other places. I am currently in the process of getting my clearance (tbc)

Have an offer to start at Deloitte in July in Org Transformation consulting. If it doesn’t get pushed out because of the virus, is it a good time to switch firms in July? Concerned that layoffs may be imminent if I am so new to the firm. I will be coming in at the Consultant level if that matters.

Currently a Manager at Accenture in Public Sector. Living in a progressive US city with a few direct flights to Europe, but definitely not New York or DC. PhD in public affairs. Actually I'm on the hiring roster for a P3 role at the UN.
