Once they start sleeping long stretches, you’re in the golden phase before they can start moving around and talking back.

I have a 3 week old so just… solidarity 🫠
6 weeks was where we first started seeing some relief. Not a lot, but some. And then probably again in the 5 months stage.
Yes! Admittedly, I have a very kind baby (she started sleeping all night at 8 weeks), but she does have reflux so there are still some tough moments. We’re getting better at it by the day and you will too.
Hang in there!
It gets so much better. Unrelated to baby your physical recovery is tough and that will improve. Then baby will slowly sleep slightly longer stretches day by day and it will get easier. You will look back on this time and be really impressed at how strong and resilient you are (even if you don’t feel it day to day at the moment). You are doing a great job

I swear there’s gotta be some physical/hormonal shift with moms that enables us to survive on wayy less sleep during this period of time than we’d normally be able to.
It doesn't get better but you get better at dealing with it ;) hang in there
It absolutely gets better. My daughter just turned 8 months and every time I see someone with a newborn I think “I don’t miss that a bit.” At the time I absolutely loved and adored my daughter but it has only gotten better as she’s gotten older. Hang in there. It will be over quickly.
Every mom is different, but my son is now two and he’s the coolest, most fun he’s ever been. I don’t miss the baby days at all. I’m pregnant with baby #2 and keep reminding myself I just have to get through that first year. 😬
It got better for me at like 12-13 months lol...
