What can I do with my 3 year experience at big 4, if I exit now? My aim was to always hit 6 figures after 5 years of work but I can’t stand the big 4 workload and stress levels that much longer. Always willing to work hard and long hours. But that is spilling over into Saturday and Sunday’s. My mind does not rest. Persevere or start looking elsewhere?

When is the best time to leave and go to another big4? I am at PwC and I knew the reputation they had and Some people said It may not be for me because of it. Ive been here a year and I feel as there right. I joined EY in January. Had no work all of January, but was busy for February and some of March.
