I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?
Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Experts please help.
Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

I also left as an A2 from PwC. Culture has been the most positive improvement. People are professionally and emotionally intelligent.
Projects are dynamic in scope, size, and length. Leadership does a great job of staffing you based on strengths and desired areas of development.
Overall, it’s nice to be treated like a teammate, not a replaceable resource by all (from the top down). Very proud to work here.
Couldn’t agree with this more.
Do it
Mind if I ask a few questions?
Left last year as an A2 at PwC. If the work interests you take the opportunity and don’t look back. It’s night and day better than B4. Feel free to DM me.
Yeah I mean I guess each office is different but comp is totally dependent on billable hours so if you’re in a slow office you’re competing essentially for those limited hours. Obviously better rates and more work = more money. It has its pros and cons but for the most part people love it here and we don’t have as much turnover as big 4.
Don’t go! I’ll miss you
Yeah what EY2 said, don’t go! You’re definitely better off where you are. Completely unrelated but can you send me the name of the recruiter? For research purposes that’s all…
