best resources for brushing up on excel?
Hi, anyone here working in Lululemon Bangalore?
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

RUN. Top execs leaving after seeing the writing on the wall. Salesforce isn’t what it once was. CRM market is saturated and Salesforce is way over priced.
Layoffs aren’t going to solve their problems. Far from it. Tripled it’s workforce in a few years through acquisitions and now but off more than they can chew.
I agree. The problems we gave are so deep-rooted. It’s so exhausting. In CSG, specifically TAs are def going to be stack-ranked & asked to do more than project work, since they gutted the Solution Engineering pods (in my opinion).
TAs are spread thin as it is. R-U-N!
Amazing how people with no idea of how professional services is run are commenting crazy ridiculous stuff about TA role. OP if you have a good offer, join. If you don’t like go to a partner. Salesforce TAs will be high in demand for next 20 years
Offer is $220k base, $33k target bonus, $26k/yr RSU, $15k signing. Does that change anybody’s mind? 🙃
Very solid comp for working at salesforce at that level.
I was SA then TA in MCOL and l8 promotion didn’t get me close to that.
So I left.
TA L8 means you will be expected to master on the fly anything and everything about salesforce.
It’s a blessing and a curse. If you’re a fast learner it’s a brilliant situation to learn quickly.
Realize that the SOP is to show up and claim expertise then learn on customer time. Absolutely lean on every other TA available to you to learn what you need.
Short list to get up to speed on asap-
DevOps, basic config, Permissions/Roles & access controls, lightning, apex/SOQL.
If you put in some time and are capable you will always have demand in the ecosystem it’s super entrenched at this point even if growth flattens.
If you know cs/dev then you will have a huge leg up on people that only know Sf.
Good offer but personally will wait and see watch
If you are young, confident in your skills then go for it with the idea that you will get out in a few years

.
Given that they laid off the entire enterprise platform sales team, that tells you how important platform/technical architecture is.
Yes they do. Cleanup on aisle five…
What’s the numbers for offer. Lots of changes recently. So should decide after a lot of thoughts
It’ll be a tough year to 18 months ahead but I think we’ll come out better for it. But buckle up.
Bro you know you got a good $$ offer to even consider it, you know the answer
Dont do it

At SF? Or somewhere else?
Yep, at SF
Did you accept it? How is it? Especially work life balance?
