Strange thing about Deloitte I recently attended Deloitte USI interview for workday functional consultant (i have SAP experience only). They said Deloitte will give training and all.. had 2 rounds.. went very well.. interviewer also seemed happy.. After 1 week i got rejected mail.. 2 nd round was purely managerial.. and i am sure i answered everything.. Really wonder what went wrong.. Similar thing happened 2.5 yrs back.. rejected just before HR interview.. managerial interview was good..

How do I ask for feedback from a client I. E. Via an email?

I'm currently working as an electrical designer in the MEP industry. I really don't like it and I'm working towards a career change which I'm actively applying for and getting certified etc. However, it's been a slow process and I'm currently underpaid where I am so would it be wise to make a lateral move to another MEP firm simply because they offer me more money while I still look for a different job separate from this field? I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.
