What types of questions do you like to ask candidates during your first initial conversation with them?

What are equivalent roles in Google for AWS Solutions Architect, TAM, etc. Why everyone is applying to AWS and not to Google? Does anyone know how GCP interview is like?

What are your thoughts about putting an explanation for the current gap (as in, I haven’t been working for several months) on your resume, LinkedIn profile or cover letter? If you think it should be included in one of these places, how would you do it?

What’s your go -to interview prep protocol? Have and interview tomorrow and I want to try to simplify the prep but make sure I cover all my bases. Thanks for any help or insights!
