How much percentage on an average accenture pay as variable

It really bothers me to know that the odds are any new hire with the same title as me is making more money just because they’re new. Why should I bother putting in extra effort and sticking around if no one values loyalty anymore?

Cl - 10 (last promoted in March)
Before fixed - 7.88
Hike - 18.49% ( fixed) and 15.04% (vp)
New Fixed - 9.4
Total CTC - 10.7 (50k allowance + fixed +vp)
Is it up the the market ?? My manager told you are an asset to the team and we are happy to have you on our project. But didn't mentioned about my rating whether it is DA or TA . When I asked he said i cannot mention that but you got good rating

My current work exp is 5 years across 2 big 4s and a KPO in India. How much hike should I quote if I clear the interviews here? Presently my CTC is around early INR1000Kp.a. He works for Pwc and had year end discussion in which he is told that they are planning to put him under Performance improvement program post 4th July. His i40 was approved last month, I have 2 questions.
1) If PWC terminates him, will they apply to USCIS for revoking his i40? Does the big 4s generally withdraw?
2) given his scenario, should he just move on to new employer or will he risk or loosing his i40 in this case?

I’ve really resisted going the big tech route because I really enjoy the speed and responsibilities of startup life, but I’m in my mid thirties and can’t seem to justify leaving that much money on the table by not doing FAANG or a large tech company (not to say I’d be a shoo in for a job).
