Stupid question, but when applying to jobs in industry..Do they know that applause awards are BS? Thinking about listing it in my accomplishments. But I know they are stupid so I'm torn.

I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I also just found out I’m being promoted to senior with a raise of 10%. In light of all these departures though, I kind of want to ask for more.... should I? And what % raise is appropriate?
