Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

I am 6yoe sap abap developer having ctc 15lpa
But i dont like being in SAP as most of the opportunities will remain in service companies, want to move into high paying product companies.
At this level of exp which field i can choose in which transition is not extremely hard. I tried doing ds algo things using java but no success as the daily work i do on my job is totally different. Due to this i am not getting accustomed to those things.

I have offer with EY GDS India - Nitro team and Altimetrik.. The later is giving plus 1.5 Lpa CTC.. Which is better for learning and long term.?

Altimetrik is really trying to convince me that they will provide good opportunities to learn and will be working with new products... But reading the reviews, it's not promising... On the other hand EY looks to be a lot better in terms of learning and career development
