Accenture - Cloud Native Application Architect - 180K - 20K signon
Insight DI - Architect I - 167K base + 10% bonus - 5K sign on

Money & benefit wise acc. looks good but I am concerned about the WLB.
Also, I interviewed for Cloud native sr. architect. Recruiter came back with 'great feedback' but is now asking me to apply for application architect. It doesn't make any sense to me. Is that normal? It seems there was a goof up from recruiter

How is WLB in Tiger Analytics?
Do they allow project movement , If we don't like the kind of work we get in project?
