Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

PwC 🐠, I interviewed with the firm about 6 months ago for a Senior Associate position on the forensics team. I wasn’t extended an offer because the position was given to an internal transfer, at least what I was told. I tried reaching out to the recruiter I worked with last time but the email bounced back and wouldn’t be delivered. I was hoping to see / reapply if the group still was looking for seniors.
In your opinion, would it be best to reapply as a cold application?

Definitely for creative. The book gets you seen. The interview is just to make sure you're not insane.
False, I'm checking to see if you know all the stuff you said you did in your resume/phone screen
Not in strategy.
I'd say it's often the case with the first interview, especially if it's an internal recruiter.
And between 20-50% of everything after. At least in strategy.
In creative, yeah. They’ve already seen your work, just trying to make sure you actually had a part in it and aren’t an asshole

Well yes but the vibe I’m checking for is “did you come to this conversation prepared to thoughtfully discuss how your experience and skills would make you well suited to this role” so...
Yes and no. By the time I’m meeting with you I already like your work. But first, I need to make sure it’s actually yours.
