I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

A big part of the problem is just that it's a lousy job market. A lot of people have been laid off this year, and you've got a situation where a lot of people with experience are looking for jobs and willing to take entry-level positions. So that naturally squeezes out people like you, who in a better year would likely find a job reasonably quickly. All you can do is stay persistent and hope that the economy and the job market somehow get back to normal.
It is a difficult market, and very tough at any level of experience. What specific jobs are you looking for? Including hands-on experiences you had during college, or in any job, can help.

What type of work experience do you have? Do you have a resume? If so look at sites like LinkedIn or indeed believe it or not you can apply but their are also recruiters that will find you based on your work history

In a career pivot, I submitted numerous applications to numerous businesses, especially like fast-food places, and was rejected. They won't say it, but I'm 70, and it has to do with my age. I'm an age discrimination lawsuit waiting to happen. That said, and however, with no experience in many of the business I applied at, I know they are looking for entry level people to pay entry level pay rates. Many places expect entry level people will come and go just as quickly. I would continue your search, and maybe a placement service can do an interview and steer you to places that better suit your qualifications and abilities. I mean, it can't hurt, and I wouldn't give up. You might try applying for something you never would have considered before. You might be surprised...
