The pay is good, benefits are decent, but the work bores me to tears. Part of me is terrified to give up the stability, even if I'm professionally miserable. Is it ever worth walking away from a "comfortable" job for the unknown?

Signed the offer with a competitor, but multiple bosses tried to persuade me to stay with the planned growth opportunities in sight. Still decided to leave, and got "wishing you all the best". Guilty much, I love working with the team, but just want to get better progression and pay.

Anyone feels guilty in my shoes? Is returning to the firm a common scenario? Just worried that things might not work out in new firm

I have limited privacy experience despite being hired for that reason… Have my CIPM and CIPP/US /E and /C. Remote preferred; hubs is pilot with cool intl transfer opportunities. Money isn’t issue.
