How many Deloitte Workday consultants got laid off? In the Consulting bowl there appear to be a few, which surprised me. Workday tends to be strong. I even see Deloitte is hiring right now.

Anyone thinks groups like FDD will see any layoffs in the next few months?

Some context: agency let go about 15% of the company a month ago. I was warned by my dept lead more layoffs could happen if we don’t win new business soon. I’m 35w pregnant.

What scenario (if any) is most likely:
- That I’m let go before my mat leave begins
- I’m let go during mat leave
- I’m let go immediately after returning from mat leave

Seems like potential PR nightmare for them, but I can’t ignore the fact that I was given a heads up that layoffs could happen.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. Lately I can’t stand to be at my desk anymore after work. Been watching too much tv instead. More so seems like it’s due to being in the same location for so many hrs each day.
