There is a huge divide on our team. The managers and up lead the team behind closed doors and then micromanage the staff and seniors based on what they decide. It has made the staff and seniors very unhappy where multiple have already left the firm and the others are considering it.

Is there a positive and proactive way I can help modify team culture or have many of you seen people try to no avail?

I recently quit my job. My VP was a narcissist and never really looked out for my upward progression even though he said he was my sponsor.
