I utilize a change management strategy. First I communicate the why am the what. This informs everyone an gives them a timeline. It’s important to get buy in and I’ve found that sometimes it take people a minute to sit with the information and process. When people see the benefit it becomes easier to digest. After that we often do training or info sessions that slowly integrate the new change, process or procedure. This gives an opportunity for
employees to ask questions and make suggestions. Then there is a final roll out or “go live” day. A slow integration is easier to manage and less overwhelming.
