They Slack you a vague note like “FYI” and attach a thread you now have to untangle, or they book time on your calendar with no context. I’m trying to stay collaborative, but it adds so much friction to my day. How do you handle this without starting a weird internal feud?

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule.
