Referrals are great differentiators. Not sure of the benefit coming in as M vs negotiating salary well for a Senior role and getting a promotion bump. Keep in mind you’ll be aligned to the Tax service line, too - major downside.
con: follows the tax quality procedures, 99% of which are irrelevant to non mobility work.
pro: I guess tax leadership sees pas as a growth driver and invests accordingly?
Switch from? I was there, it was fine, but a lot of challenges. Personally I’ve been happier elsewhere, it wasn’t the best fit in hindsight.
Performance pillar doesn’t really exist anymore- all part of workforce advisory. Leadership is changing in America’s but making improvements. Practice is practically sold out- couldn’t even get a day on the bench in the last 2 years. Seniors and managers are much needed.
