I don’t think this about Cap giving you this amazing offer as much as you just being significantly under market. If money is the only thing enticing you with Cap, then definitely shop around you may be able to get similar / better offers at other firms
So you’re making 45k now?
Seriously though...never heard of 60% bump - can you share more details? Cap is not strong in the US but somewhat better positioned in Europe.
Ok ACN real talk, you’re getting robbed 100%. I’m a boneheaded associate making 85k (not a flex) , you should be making 100k+. I’ve heard bad things about Cap, use that offer to leverage ACN
5 years relevant experience and 60K salary?! Hard to believe that it's Accenture. I would definitely take the pay bump.
D1 - making 60k with 5 years of technical & professional experience, and MS degree.
Cap won’t usually hire you to bench, but if on bench you do get full pay. Cap can be great but depends on what area of company. Usually Accenture pays more than Cap.
PA1 - unfortunately I’m in San Diego
I agree with Cap 1. It’s about what SL or sector you find yourself. I’ve had a great experience here, but unfortunately some have not....like everywhere you will ever go. Best wishes on your decision. Congrats on the offer regardless!
Dude. Shame on you for not knowing your market worth. 5 years and 60k?
But yes. Go get paid
I don’t think you get full base pay on the bench at Cap. So, you could end up still making only a bit more
