No, 40 different sets of keys for someone to live at essentially.

That could be split out as 10 4 units, 40
Apartments, a variation of multi units, etc

Yes 40 units means 40 “rentals”. It could be 2 buildings with 20 units each.

I think of units / doors as living units. There could be 20 duplexes, and each “door” or “unit” in those duplexes could be 1br or 2br or 3br units. It could also be a 40 unit apartment complex, with a mix of studios / 1br / 2br units. It’s not a count of bedrooms, and a single “property” (as defined by the deed) could have multiple units on site.

No, I bought a duplex and a 6 unit this year - a total of 8 units with 2 buildings.

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. What rates are people getting for condos?
