I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.

Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Today I had salary negotiation with Capgemini , they are offering 15 lpa with 10% variable. I feel this is a bit low based on current market standards. I asked for 20 initially, but they are not willing to go beyond 15 without any counter offer. HR flat out rejected 20 saying business will not approve. what is the max they will give after providing counter offer? And if i join around November, when will i be eligible for next appraisal? They are offering c1 band.

A few years ago, LEK interviewed me for a more junior position. Actually, interviewer’s attitude was terrible. About 10 minutes into the interview, he stopped and interrupted me while I was responding, and he said “It’s over, you failed”. I never had that attitude from any interviewer so far, while being interviewed by 4-5 consulting firms. It speaks volumes about their culture. It was a face to face interview at an MBA conference.
Honestly, I like ZS culture, because in ZS, I will never see a person that can act like this on an interview. If you have communication skills, it is obvious that you will treat people right. I’m not so sure how LEK treats its employees and clients, having had this negative experience.
Sample size one but I also interviewed with LEK and had a good experience… People were nice throughout the process.
Hours will be higher. Work will be broader and more strategy-focused, which I think generally translates to a broader set of exit opportunities.
Interview process stresses more client-facing skills IMO.
