With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I am a UX designer and have spoken with a potential client who intially wanted to redesign the navigation and landing page of their site. They showed me analytics saying only .35% of users open the main menu (most access different pages through Google search and then leave the site) so it's not worth the time to redesign. I see a lot of growth potential here, but they don't see the value in good nav if users don't already use it. How do I show them the value of good nav? Should I just let it go?

I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. What do you think about the lower pay cohorts in Risk Consulting vs MC and TC? Isn’t it time with the new equation to pay equally? Also since a lot of MC and TC work on RC projects? Seems like RC is significantly underpaid.

I really want some clear cut long term career goals and ambitions. But working in risk and reg I haven’t found anything yet that really grasps my desire. But my seniors keep asking me where I want to go but in all honesty I just keep bouncing from one project to another trying to do a good job. Does anyone have any ideas how I can find my future career path?
