What’s the best group to work on at FCB Health?
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)

Work life balance is what you make of it- I know people who set their boundaries and stick by them, but we're all expected to pitch in when it gets busy (Q4). Comp is very good for entry-level (AC and C) but it doesn't increase as much as other consulting firms when you go further up the ladder.
80 to 90k AC with 1 to 2 years of exp and masters. 90 to 105k for C and 105 to 120 for sc. Hope this helps!
I have been at the company for multiple years, and all the experiences here regarding comp seem outdated or do not paint an accurate picture.
Compensation depends on your educational background, and YoE. There has recently been a market adjustment, and comp is quite similar to comp at competitors (but yes, depending on who can be a little lower).
WLB I will have to say, depends on what you make of it and who you work with. The first year might be rough, but you can find the right people to work with and it’s very possible to have a, for consulting, very good WLB. If you perform well the organization will go the extra mile for you and will want to keep you happy too.
To be honest, the people and culture in my opinion are great, and if you struggle a discussion moves mountains... there are many people I know that have arrangements because they have kids or for other reasons, so it’s not really that negative. It is what you make of it.
Insights on comp in London or promotion raise?
80k for AC, +10k at each level until SC. Not sure what happens beyond that to AP and P, but I'm told vaguely that it doesn't compare at all to say big4.
Yup AC1 with Phd is $110K plus sign on
Had an interview with them while I was recruiting full time during my MBA. My understanding is that the positions pay substantially less than market (~100K)

That’s probably AP level. P should be 300+
Wlb is okay here. Comp not so great compared to big 4. From AC to SC you get a max of 15% promotion raise if you perform really well but the raise i feel is lower compared to other consulting firms.

Not specifically sure but guessing it to be almost same everywhere
