How much time will it take to get an offer letter from VOIS

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Only 10 days of my LWD are left.

I’m an MS Management Student graduating in June 2023. I applied to over 40 positions within the Big 4/MBB and even with extensive networking, I haven’t heard back from any really. I have an offer from a pretty well-known but less prestigious Consulting Firm, but I’m wondering what my chances even are of going Big 4/MBB if I’m not a campus hire. Will they even consider me for an experienced hire a year or two down the road if they showed no interest this time? Any advice welcome!

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. It is an important trait to have in this job and I just don't know how to do this. It makes me very upset - I even sought therapy but wasn't useful. Currently SM at Bain (4 years post MBA) and was approached for a senior associate role in portfolio ops at a large PE fund. Been told 2.5 years to VP and another 2.5 years to director. Feels like the role is a bit junior but offers a 50% pay jump.

I think I am more interested in VC/Growth vs late stage PE, but wanted to know more about the difference in comp between the two. I am looking at roles in London, so would be great to know whose comp is higher and who are the top payers for VCs/early growth.
