Jokes aside, have you checked your hormones? I believe thyroid issues sometimes hinder people from gaining any weight. I think protein shakes would rather help you lose weight as opposed to gain, because they keep you full for longer hence you eat less. I think you should eat more carbs and healthy fats. I’d eat desserts too but in moderation so you don’t develop any health issues

I used to be a little underweight when I followed a really rigid diet. For seven years I wouldn’t eat fast food, junk food, drink soda, eat dairy or meat. I eat all those things now in moderation, so more fat and protein. We eat lots of chicken, seafood and turkey. I went from 102lbs to 118lbs. I like to lift weights to stay toned and healthy.
Maybe do what I did to mess my metabolism up. Reduce calories for about two weeks or more and then ditch the diet and eat what you want - bc prom is over and you were able to fit into that amazing clearance dress but weren’t overweight to begin with. 💁🏻♀️ roller coaster ride ever since
I’m so incredibly jealous of you right now if I could turn green with envy I’d be forest green! You probably have the perfect body. As you get older your metabolism is slow down or if you have kids you’ll probably gain weight. don’t change yourself-you’re literally perfect the way you are and we all want to look like you! Enjoy being thin and being able to wear whatever you want without worrying about looking fat! Enjoy eating all the starchy and sugary foods the rest of us are avoiding! If your metabolism slows down when you get older, you’re going to miss being thin!
Add peanut butter or almond butter to smoothies, put it on apples and bananas for a snack. Add hemp seeds or quinoa to salads.
Maybe a nutritionist can help too?
