Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

To build on EY1, make sure to network with other leadership in your group. Find opportunities to help with proposals or advocate for being considered on projects. You’ll never be let go to go sit on the bench so find another project and make the move at a reasonable time (aka not right before a deadline). Even better if you have other candidates or ideas on how to backfill your role tee’d up.
I would also recommend engaging your counselor/career advisor to begin the discussion. They can work the case behind the scenes too if they’re a good counselor and advocate for a transition from the project at the right time.
Finally, if all else fails and you must stay on the project always seek to take on new responsibilities, a new area, etc. you may already know this, but continuous growth is important. Beginning the conversation with the project team leadership will grease the wheels at a minimum for a future transition.
Good luck!!
Unless you have a project that you can roll into, it's going to be difficult to roll off your current project.
