I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.

Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I would caution anyone about the gaming industry - they grind as hard as we do, at least, and often aren’t compensated nearly as well.
PM is hard to break in to, but comp sci background will help a lot. But if you don’t want to do it, your main other options are:
• sales
• marketing (e.g., PMM)
• customer success
• growth (e.g., analysis to move prospective customers down the funnel)
• BizOps/Strategy/chief of staff
• Partnerships / biz dev
• Supply chain / operations (e.g., hardware businesses, or capacity/demand modeling in two-sided markets/biz models — such as digital health)
• probably something I’m missing
