To those who took PMP exam lately: how does the online mock exam difficulty level compare with real exams? Take Oliver leeman as example?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Should I leave my company? Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times.
