Today is my last day of maternity leave with my second. It was such a special, albeit challenging, few months getting to spend so much time with my 2 year old daughter as well as my new son. Loved just being able to be mom for a while.

My husband suggested we go hike the mountain we named our son after today. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
