There isn’t a single case out there that’s worth you sacrificing your mental health over, and I say this as someone that owns my own PI firm.

Unpopular view, but I think that mental health days and obsession with mental health in general is counterproductive. It’s like trying to live for happiness—it doesn’t work if you try to get it directly.
Try to be excellent at your job and find meaning in it. Mental health will follow.
Evaluate why you are grinding so hard and it starts to not matter as much. You grind and work weekends for someone else to live in a mansion? Or buy you pizza once every 5 months….. once you put it into perspective - you may still grind - but it isn’t an end all be all
