Have a salad for lunch with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing. Have a lean protein for dinner. Don't snack. Work out 4+ times a week.

Find a smoothie place and a salad place you like and make a conscious effort to eat smoothies and salads for breakfast and lunch everyday. Then eat healthy if you're on your own for dinner but the couple nights a week you're with your team you can splurge
At restaurants look for the least processed choices - salads, veggies, broiled fish - avoids sauces and creams, avoid red meat and pasta. Stick to red wine if you drink -- avoid beer and liquor. And find a workout routine that works for you - in room yoga or treadmill at hotel gym - whatever works for you!

Since we always have group dinners, I eat smaller potions during the day. So like Greek yogurt + hard boiled egg for bfast and salad or a smoothie and healthy panini for lunch. Then snack if you get hungry on fruits/string cheese/ nuts
Trader Joe's salads, Tender Greens, Soulcycle
Hard boiled eggs and smoothie for breakfast, salad with chicken or tuna with no dressing for lunch and fish/chicken & veggies for dinner! And workout atleast 4-5 days
