Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

Deloitte paid $72.5K/$10K signing for class of 2015, no performance bonus. $1K special onetime year-end bonus. 2nd Year BA is $76.5K for an average performer, $80K for top performer, again no performance bonus. 1st Year Consultant is $85-96K dependent on performance with up to a $17K bonus (most will get $9K). Accenture started at $85K/$15K for this year from my school. Deloitte Consulting does not adjust for cost of living.
My friend started at Accenture at the same time I started at Deloitte. They started higher, but even after the first year of both being great performers, I was significantly higher. The bonus and yearly raises are much higher at Deloitte.
Deloitte definitely pays less than Accenture at the junior levels.
I started in tech at 72.5K, 1st raise to 80K, 2nd raise with promotion to 90K
Charlotte
Analyst/SF/ 85k +15k+ yearly bonus. All analysts in a location earn the same.
Inviting K to the party. Started at 70k out of undergrad. 1st raise 80k. 2nd raise and promo 94k. Chicago.
From my understanding, it's pretty similar at the lower levels, but Deloitte employees make more at Manager+
I'd imagine a different bonus structure given private vs public firm
Deloitte advisory, yes. Deloitte S&O - really?
I'll give context. Based in NYC. Analyst - $74k (before recent pay increases). Senior Analyst - $89k (promotion + adjustment from base level raises).
I know my Deloitte friends in Chicago started about $72k for BTA
From my understanding though, it's way easier to get MBA sponsorship with Deloitte. Almost everyone who wants it will get it out of S&O while I heard it's very difficult out of Accenture.
Seems consistent with your first post. I imagine Accenture bonuses get better with time. Not like I'm leaving or money motivated, just curious. I wouldn't have a company sponsor my MBA. I'd likely foot year 1 and have wherever I intern pick up the tab
We also don't have the ESPP and our 401K match is only $0.25 for every dollar up to 6% of our salary so really 1.5%. I think Accenture's is 3%?
Accenture bonuses are generally horrible, the most I've ever gotten in 5 years is 5k and some years it's been 1k or less
I get 100% 401k match up to 6%. You aren't eligible for 100% match until January 1st after working for a year.
My bonus as a first year analyst was $3k.
ESPP is really nice. I don't understand people who don't take it
Analyst - 65k, SA- 70k, C- 80-85k, M- 101k. Southwest region.
@a2 thats pretty low? How many years ago was thisb
2011-present
Wow looks like salaries have gotten 10-12% higher since then
