TW charges clients a premium, yet our salary ranges are being compared to traditional service firms like Accenture. For the same budget where Accenture deploys 10 people, TW only accommodates 2–3, meaning we carry a much higher individual workload. Ironically, firms like Wipro, LTI, and Genpact often pay better now. Doesn't it feel like the TW of today has lost the premium, employee-first identity it had a few years ago?

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.
