TW: Pregnancy complications. Got laid off in BigLaw late January. Found out I'm pregnant mid February. Been interviewing like crazy. Finally in the final rounds for a few roles and I find out the NIPT is atypical and I need an amnio to confirm. I can barely focus on these interviews because I'm such an emotional wreck but I can't afford to lose these opportunities. One wants me to visit the office Monday or Wednesday but amnio is Monday and I'm supposed to take 2 days off. My head is spinning.

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.

I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? 1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
