Cons :

1. Business travels are mostly for management peoples

What would happen if I left my current company, started at a new one, and got pregnant before 12 months of service with the new company? For reference, I know new company requires 12 months for FMLA, and STD is 3 months.

Just restarted stimulants and already I'm dealing with twitches again. Does anyone else get these? No type of pain or anything just every once and a while my body will twitch strongly. Afterward I feel normal, but it's a bit annoying, and I can't control it at all which is a little disconcerting. Don't remember this from when I took stimulants as a kid, but it's been a while.

Hi! So i've been doing "all the things i was supposed too" since i graduated. I have two masters dgs, my admin cert, 15 years teaching, and all that good stuff. The problem is that I don't want to do it anymore. I think of becoming an admin and I cringe. I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again.
