Unpopular opinion: being “multi-hyphenate” is completely overrated. I don’t want to produce, direct, edit, market, and act in everything I make, I just want to do one job well. But in every meeting, every panel, every job listing, it feels like you’re expected to be a one-person studio just to stay relevant. Anyone else feel that pressure?
