Usually not excited for work on Monday. This week is no different with a trial set for Tuesday. BUT, I got a new office chair yesterday, and I am a little low key excited about getting to sit in it tomorrow.

Thinking having a 24’ HD and a 28’ 4K monitor setup. Is 4K for excel not necessary? How about 28’ monitors?

Anyone have a good office chair recommendation? Really not trying to spend more than $150 but willing to go to $200 if there is a really good recommendation.

Need some benchmarks: What would average/good survey results be for a leadership skills class (instructor-led)? We ask for the participant’s experience (did you like it, would you recommend, etc.), and also send an impact survey out 2 months later to their manager (have you seen positive behavior changes since training). Our experience survey is at 92% positive and impact to behaviors is at 83% positive. Anything I can compare to in order to share the story with leadership?
