How does it feel to earn less than US Consultants while also struggling for utilization

Anyone here in Amsterdam or know their salary range for a Exec Producer level role? I’m in NYC now - I assume I’ll take a HUGE pay cut. But how much? 🤔

Senior producer - 140k / New York

I'm a Consulting Associate and have been with RSM since Fall 2020. I make 75k in Chicago - I think I'm underpaid(?). I get DMs from Big4 and I'm thinking about moving firms. Should I wait for the promo/bonus on Aug. 1 or just start looking now? I know for a fact I'll be getting promoted to Senior.

My agency is making salary cut backs cause of covid-19. Whole agency at 80%. Because I'm on a junior salary in Manchester that means 80% is less than minimum wage. Do I have any rights?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. New comp for new partner channel I am carving out, I am offered same base but guaranteed 75% quota attainment payout. Is this a fair comp? Would love any constructive thoughts/points on this. I thought that was my job as the ux designer to figure out the best way to solve a need. But I’m getting handed projects where the PO, and sometimes the senior designer has laid out exactly what should happen (components used, flow, etc) to design a feature. It’s really frustrating because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be speaking up on what I think or just do the UI work I’m asked to.

The title suggests it’s more senior and would appear to be a promotion on my resume but the jd sounds similar to what I’m already doing. I’m currently and IC, Principal is also IC. The only nuance I got from the recruiter is that there is no actual designing in this role.

Any recommendations on good online courses for someone looking to explore Ux design? I am a service designer looking to learn more about ux design to broaden my design experience. I am looking for courses that help you build a portfolio and eventually land a job in product and experience design. I am checking out product design courses at dribble, Brian station and careerfoundry but haven’t found more independent reviews or comparisons.

I’m a product designer with about 5+ YOE I’m exploring courses/programs that one could take up as a mid career professional. I have a keen interest in Service Design, Behavioural Sciences, Design Research but not very sure about the opportunities. At the same time I’m open to exploring Product Mgmnt and Data science as along with design. Any recommendations?
PS: I already have a Masters in design.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?
