Waiting to hear back after a final round interview. It’s nerve wracking 😥

In the early stages of the interview process. Was told there wouldn’t be a case interview, but a technical interview instead. What should I expect?

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

Hi. I was recently offered two jobs within the company. I had to turn down the first offer. I feel really awful about it. I really liked that team and the hiring manager. I want to send an email to the hiring manager thanking them for their time and consideration etc. Would that be unprofessional? Could it offend them? What would you do in such a situation?

Currently at Meta (working as a Program Manager) and considering accepting a role with Disney Streaming to support the scaling of Disney+. My dream however is to eventually work at Google. Serious question: why work in advertising if you’re not a creative? M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious? Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.
