Waitlisted at WashU Law. Based on numbers I found online, apparently 3% of applicants get off the waitlist. Anyone know how accurate this info is? Any tips on how to stand out and get the acceptance? Thanks in advance!

Anyone went for L1 blanket visa interview in India recently? Experience? Also, it seems L1 blanket is handled only in Chennai but consulate website says only Delhi is open and handling L1 as well not clear if that is only individual or blanket as well. Any insights? TIA

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Looking for some advice; I've been a paralegal for about 5 years now, and the past year or so has been hard. One firm closed, which dropped me in another firm which was never good for me, and then into another with a culture that was really unhealthy to me. My resume shows a few short stays at firms, and now I'm looking at moving after six months due to issues that turned over the entire paralegal team so far except for me. How do I show employers I'm a dedicated worker after a difficult year?

Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me?
