Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

OP, since this a totally new group u don't have to worry about the bridges. If asked for references of people you previously worked with at EY, give the names of people you're still in touch with assuming there's at least 1-2 senior people you're in touch with. Have a credible explanation ready for why you chose to leave. If asked why you're coming back, do not admit you made a mistake leaving becauer that will lower your negotiation ability. Give another story. Also have a story ready for why you aren't going back to the same practice if you liked the people and they liked you when you worked there.
Thank you VP! This gives me hope.❤️ I’ve been missing EY’s culture over these last few years and would really like to use my experience I’ve gained at Deloitte there.
Depends on what happened with your performance. I wouldn’t worry about the bridge you burned otherwise
My performance was good, had great reviews, and was liked by leadership. I still keep in contact with a lot of my network. Looking back though I regret the way I exited. Was having family troubles, D offered me a lot of money to help make them go away, and it wasn’t the most graceful exit.
I don’t think it matters, separate group means separate leadership practice business all together. If they need you they’ll hire you.
