Was approached by a recruiter about a director role at Northrop Grumman in LA. Anyone have any feedback, thoughts on working there, growth, culture and compensation? Thanks in advance my friends!

Fuck aerospace. Take the slowness and bureaucracy of the government, and combine it with the private sector ability to be laid off at the drop of a dime.

My dad has been there for 25+ years, and several friends have been there for 8+ (East Coast) Would not recommend. I know someone in the LA office and they seem a bit more laid back, but he’s in a non-managerial role. Agree with SC1 about the politics and layoffs

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
