Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Join Amazon if you want to hate your life
I've heard the worst things about amazon. And I came from a MBA program in which over 30% of our grads to to amazon so that's a healthy sample size. There is a reason why amazons employee retention rates are not much better than consulting.
I had an interview with them for a program manager role. The recruiter embellished the position and seniority of people that transferred for the same level role. I found out after doing research on LinkedIn and asking questions in the interview. The person who interviewed me was also very antagonistic and rude. They use it as a tactic to see how you will defend a point of view - not sure I agree with the strategy for a first interview. Also, their pay is highly tied to stock. Base pay is pretty low and likely a pay cut from a manager consulting level.
Amazon - and especially AWS have 80% attrition rate at the 2-year mark. Ask hiring manager (or recruiter) about their long-term comp model and you will see why so very few people see Amazon as anything more than a Tour of Duty through a meat grinder.
Not looking at it as a lifer, but more as a transition from 6yrs in consulting. Same shitty work and hours but with little to no travel.... I gave them the salary range I wanted and they didn't blink an eye...
Sorry I don't mean to sound negative. What I'm saying is do your due diligence! Amazon may sound prestigious like a Google, but take the time to really learn about the team you're joining before you jump ship.
What's your long term goal?
What does the compensation look like?
C1- really? I, too, just found a really cool job at Amazon and was considering applying
Also, I interviewed there. And during the "sell" event, a few senior level directors told us that they get really shitty offers from recruiters and head hunters. They were trying to say that amazon is the best option. But what many of the interviewees gleaned from the presentation was that exit strategies may be shitty to non-existent. Suffice to say, I didn't take the offer and joined consulting instead.
