Any tips for BCG first round interview?
I had my interview with Cognizant last month. HR round and salary discussion was completed on 27th September. The HR said offer letter would be released within 2weeks. Now it's already 2weeks. But I didn't hear back from the HR. What shall I do?Accenture Accenture India Tata Consultancy Capgemini

If I had a dollar for every story about the boss who delegates their responsibilities b/c they refuse to learn a new tool or system I'd be rich. If you haven't already get everything you are being accused of in writing and prepare your disputes with proof/receipts to those allegations in writing.
Also if you think this is in retaliation you might need to speak with a higher-up that you can trust to help you come up with a game plan. I find that HR is almost always on the management side and is bad at arbitration unless there's a lawyer involved.
Make sure you are documenting all your communication with your manager. There are AI tools like Otter that are so great for this and when you all agree to something get it in writing.

To clarify , no I was not made aware through any prior “performance discussions” . This is also not a formal PIP but it is to begin a paper trail. I cannot transfer to another team until 1 year . I’m trying my best to make it to a new year as I like the products I work with . I just don’t like the management . The “push through” is a mental thing because I have anxiety going through this .
Retaliation to what?
