Was put on a “performance probation” out of what I believe was retaliation. I am only 8 months into this company . Majority of my team is new and so is the manager . I’ve had conversations with my managers regarding this and I’ve been given very blasè responses such as “it’s not black to white” “it’s qualitative and not quantitative” .
