Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. What are some things recruiters expect from candidates in this situation to continue considering them?

Director interview after super day?

Had a super day last week and I thought it went well, partner sent back a nice message to my thank you note. Trying not to read too into it, but is it normal to have an interview with another director after having already interviewed with a director (and a MD)?

I did mention I have interest in a specific area with a director last week and it looks like this next director I’m interviewing primarily works in that area.

Anyone think the PERM processing time will fasten? I’d imagine with Covid there would have been less filing...

Who in the agency would you say has the ultimate responsibility to come up with the agency’s pricing & services model? Sales? Finance? Ops? Project Management? Other? (Context: we have an ongoing issue where a sales person will eagerly be coming up with half-baked solutions for a prospective client, and it always feels like a cluster F when they want to know what resources, budget, and time we need in order to execute said service - which they thought of in the first place!)

What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?
