Same boat. Got passed in an ops principal round 1 for lack of revenue & growth cred, so sent a few notes, none have responded. Feels like things are slow, or the recruiters are under water with the resume flood.
That's rough, I think it's slowed down a bit but you're likely going to see more roles pop up around feb and march. Hope it works out!

Actual GTM S&O. Was in BisOps for the Security and Risk BU at Service now and now at DocuSign running Sales Productivity and Business Transformation.
Yes, my team is the business partner for Sales Comp so we own process and governance of the SPIF program and PM the planning cycle for sales comp. 50/50 split for AE OTE with the 50% variable being weighted toward gross revenue. Other roles can have a higher base vs. variable. Comp expectations $450k+ for a VP. Principal higher.
