Same boat. Got passed in an ops principal round 1 for lack of revenue & growth cred, so sent a few notes, none have responded. Feels like things are slow, or the recruiters are under water with the resume flood.

Yes, my team is the business partner for Sales Comp so we own process and governance of the SPIF program and PM the planning cycle for sales comp. 50/50 split for AE OTE with the 50% variable being weighted toward gross revenue. Other roles can have a higher base vs. variable. Comp expectations $450k+ for a VP. Principal higher.

Hey everyone, I applied for an entry level role at Microsoft a little over a month ago and I even got a referral for it, and I also reached out to recruiters who told me to go ahead and apply. Does it usually take this long for Microsoft to get back to applicants? The role starts in January so i feel like it’s already been filled. Hi I have 2 offers in hand from Startups. They offered me 11lpa and 12lpa. On other hand I went through interview process with Tata Consultancy and they offered me 9lpa irrespective of having other offer in hand. HR said he is no position to negotiate, leads do not approve to match the other offers. Has this happened with anyone else?
