Hello Everyone,
I have been working with Kantar for 10 months now. The company has given me permanent work from home. Work is quite good and I am able to learn many things here. Also, my manager is very supportive and patient.
The only thing is about compensation, I have a package of 14 lpa with 6 YOE.
I'm thinking of switching to some company based in Pune.
What should I do?
Who has better benefits, Deloitte or PwC?

All these Accenture people saying nothing are forgetting about all that forced PTO every month 🙃
Enough forced time off with nowhere to go and limited notice, great conditions to woodwork yourself a new desk for days on end...
Agreed. But I will say our company’s stock price is still on the rise. Let’s be honest it’s all about the numbers.

Nothing from Kearney other than a guilt trip for bringing up the idea
We (Kearney) are also doing lay-offs and furloughs in certain parts of the world so it’s strange that we would try the guilt trip approach
What a joke. We all make plenty. Should be zero across the board.
Same here. Salary is compensation for the work you do. (Knowledge you apply for business outcomes in an amount of time)
Being employed it is also more or less regardless of that outcome is actually realized; as in, if the employer fails to get work for you, it doesn’t minimize your salary.
The employer in addition should also provide for the means you need to do your work.
Compare it with a car or a machine If the employer needs one, it will buy/lease it. But in order for it to run, it needs fuel or electricity. If there is no work for the car any investment and operational cost still continue, although it might consume a bit less fuel/electricity and it there is less wear and tear. (Provided you keep maintaining it / keep it ready for when it needs to operate again)
If business continues to be low, the entrepreneur can lend it temporary to someone else, sell it off or pay for it to be removed.
EY- upto 175 for monitor and 500 for desk and chair ( which has always been there)
Is the fitness fund by calendar year or fiscal year?
Nothing from S& or PwC
Think the question is simple. And the answer is $0.
ACN gave us a kick in the ass and virtual yoga to go to.
Was that part of the yoga routine?
Monitor + $300 for Desk / Chair + $50 a month for internet.
They also gave us access to corporate pricing for Herman Miller so you could get a new Aeron Chair for $500.
Update - they just gave all of us $500 as well 🥳.

I believe KPMG is still struggling to get out of disrespect they get from Troller. Either way I like KPMG.
